Deadlines for Students at ARCHE Institutions Who Wish to Attend Georgia Tech

Students who are enrolled in other ARCHE institutions and who wish to attend Georgia Tech as a part of the ARCHE program msut contact the ARCHE Cross-Registration Coordinator or Registrar's Office at their school for deadlines and application procedures.

Cross-Registration Information for Georgia Tech Students Attending Other ARCHE Institutions

Eligibility Requirements for Georgia Tech Students Attending Other ARCHE Institutions
  • Junior, Senior, or Graduate student level
  • Good academic standing
  • A minimum of 3 billable credit hours is required at Georgia Tech the term of cross registration. Registration at Georgia Tech should take place before a student submits an ARCHE application.
  • The requested course(s) must not be available at Georgia Tech that semester

Readmission Form

We are currently accepting applications from students who seek readmission for either the Summer 2023 or Fall 2023 semester. Students should only submit an application for the term in which they wish to be considered for readmission. Please do not submit an application for more than one term.

The readmission application requires payment of a $30.00 fee.

 

Degree Certification Process

Students are expected to apply to graduate the semester before they wish to graduate. Georgia Tech now employs the Online Application for Graduation (OAG) for all its students, both undergraduate and graduate, and students can login to OSCAR to submit their application. Restrictions do apply, and students are advised to read the following information carefully before applying.

Fall Graduation:

Current Academic Calendar

Georgia Tech's standard Academic Calendar consists of a Fall Semester, a Spring Semester, and an accelerated Summer Session. Each Fall Semester and each Spring Semester normally includes approximately fifteen weeks of instruction plus one week of final examinations. A normal Summer Session includes approximately eleven weeks of instruction plus one week of final examinations. Each Academic Year consists of one sequence of a Fall Semester followed by a Spring Semester. The word "term" may refer to a Fall Semester, a Spring Semester, or a Summer Session.
