Honor Cords
Our office is happy to serve our most distinguished students as they prepare to celebrate Commencement. Honor cords are for undergraduate students who have 60 credit hours in residence at Georgia Tech and meet the GPA requirements listed in the catalog.

Change of Minor Form (DocuSign)
Form for undergraduates to change and/or add a minor.
The Registrar’s Office prefers the Change of Minor form to be completed in DocuSign.
Second Undergraduate Degree
The policy for earning a second undergraduate degree is published in the Catalog.

No student may be considered a candidate for a degree unless the final 36 credit hours required for the degree are earned in residence at Georgia Tech and approved by the major school.
Catalog: Residency RuleGraduate Program of Study Form
The Graduate Program of Study Form acts as a petition for a degree and is due in the Registrar's Office by the deadline published on the Academic Calendar. This deadline always occurs before the term of graduation. A Program of Study Form is only required for undesignated degrees and catalog years without degree requirements in Degree Works. Please review your Degree Works to see if a Program of Study Form is required.
